Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins on the date your tracking information shows your order as delivered. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the return request.

To be eligible for a return, clothing must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging included.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please do not mail a return before receiving return instructions from us, as return addresses and instructions may vary.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items marked final sale, as well as swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products, are not eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help make it right.

Once an approved return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
